Who we are
Herb-Ivore Fresh Herbs is run by father and son team, Robert and Thomas Sinclair. Robbie is a farmer to his core and has over 25 years of experience in the agricultural business. In the past he has both owned and managed farms in the communities of Scotland and WA.

Robbie began life in Australia as a fruit and vegetable farmer, but soon became obsessed with herbs. He set up Herb-Ivore Fresh Herbs in 2019 and hasn't looked back. Herb-Ivore is now one of the largest herb wholesalers in Perth. You can read more here About Us

Our Ethos
Quality, freshenss and provenance of our herbs is uppermost in our ethos. You must be committed and take pride in providing the highest quality herbs. We are looking for the Gold Standard of herbs, nothing less.
Quality
Local WA Growers that can provide top quality and freshest herbs, harvested at the peak of freshness to ensure the best flavour and higest quality. We only want the best, so if you can supply the best there is, get in touch.
Accountability
You must commit to taking accountability for the quality of your produce. Can you demonstrate your ability to deal with all QA issues and accept when your produce is either not ready or not at an acceptable standard? Can you provide crop records and do you have appropriate insurances and work within WA employment standards? If you can, then lets talk.
