Our Story

Herb-Ivore Fresh Herbs is run by father and son team, Robert and Thomas Sinclair, who have a proud tradition of procuring, packing and selling the finest local fresh herbs from WA.

Robbie is a farmer to his core and has over 25 years of experience in the agricultural business. In the past he has both owned and managed farms in the communities of Scotland and WA. He is actively involved at all stages of the herb life cycle and advises on techniques such as crop rotation, green manure, composting and biological pest control. Robbie has both the knowledge and experience in managing relationships with major retailers and supermarkets.

Robbie's experience encompasses working to UK and Australian Supermarket QA Standards as well as Sedex implementation and audits.
